Following on the first session, where we explored the power of PQ™ and EQ in building a high-performance culture through you as the leader, here we deep dive into the first two pillars of EQ – i.e. Self-Awareness and Self Regulation, exploring these through the lens of Positive Intelligence© (PQ™). In this session you will:

  • Deepen your understanding of the impacts of the ways that you self-sabotage your well-being, relationships and performance – review of your PQ™ Saboteur Assessment
  • Explore different Saboteur tendencies and their impacts on your well-being, relationships and performance

November 21 - Session 3: How to Win with Performance Coaching

In this final session, we focus on developing skills related to the third and fourth EQ Pillars, i.e. Social Skills and Relationship Management, and integrating them into a powerful Performance Coaching Framework for Turbo Charging Your Team to Win! In this session you will:
