The Saboteur Workshop
A fun, engaging workshop that introduces the Positive Intelligence concept of Mental Fitness and explores the 9 Saboteurs that lead us to thinking and behavior that sabotage our sense of well-being, peak performance and relationships.
This workshop is extremely beneficial for overwhelmed and highly stressed teams to help them recognize how to self-regulate for greater ease and flow.
The workshop also includes individual self-assessment to identify each participant’s particular Saboteurs and provides a general framework that prevents continuing self-sabotage.
